If you’ve tried BookThatApp and decide it’s not the right fit, follow the steps below to safely uninstall the app.
Important: Uninstalling the app will delete all data associated with your account (bookings, products/services, and configurations) after 30 days.
Note: If you have already closed your Shopify store: You will not be billed beyond the final invoice for your current billing cycle. You should expect one last invoice covering the billing period that was active at the time of cancellation — however, this invoice is not sent immediately. It will be issued on your typical Shopify invoice date.
Step 1 – Uninstall the App from Shopify 🛒
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Click on Apps.
Select Apps and sales channel settings.
- After reaching the Apps and sales channels screen, on the row where BookThatApp is present, select the "More options" icon and select Uninstall.
Note:
If you are on a paid plan, uninstalling the app cancels the recurring charge.
Shopify bills apps on a different cycle than your regular store invoice. For more details, see the Shopify App Billing FAQ 📄.
