What Are Operating Hours?
Operating Hours let you control when customers can book appointments with you. You can set different schedules for:
- Your entire business (store-wide hours)
- Specific services (product-level hours)
- Individual staff members (staff-level hours)
- Different seasons (summer vs. winter schedules)
- Locations: Different locations have different availability
Real-World Example π
Let's say you run a beach resort with busy and quiet seasons:
- High Season: May to September (longer hours, more availability)
- Low Season: October to April (shorter hours, limited days)
You would create two separate seasons with different operating schedules for each period.
Legend
The operating hours use color coding to help you quickly identify how operating hours are applied:
- π’ Green β Hours assigned to a single product only
- π Orange β Hours shared across multiple products
- π΅ Blue β Standard hours that apply to the entire store
