🆓 Is there a Free plan available?
Yes! You can take up to 10 bookings on the Free plan, a great way to test things out.
📈 What happens after the Free plan?
Once you’ve reached 10 bookings, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans to continue receiving bookings.
🏢 Need more than 5,000 bookings per month?
We offer custom Enterprise plans that scale with your business. Contact us for a tailored quote.
📆 Do you offer a yearly subscription?
Yes, you can switch between Monthly and Yearly plans on the Billing page in the app.
Do you offer discounts for Not-For-Profit organizations?
Not at this time.
Is it possible to get a free trial of the Premium plan?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a free trial for the Premium plan. We’re happy to answer any questions and can provide a demo to walk you through the features.
💭 What does “1 Booking Type” mean?
Booking Types determine the category of service you can offer—such as an appointment, class, tour, or other service format. On the Lite plan, you are limited to using one Booking Type, meaning you can only accept bookings for a single service category.
❌ How can I cancel the app?
You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app from Shopify.
⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the app will delete all data associated with your account (bookings, products/services, and configurations) after 30 days.

Great way to trial, most trials have a short time restraint so this seems really fair.
