🎯 Setting a Minimum Quantity for Bookings

BookThatApp (BTA) lets you set a minimum quantity for booking products. This ensures that customers meet a required booking size before they can complete an order — perfect for group activities, classes, or rentals where a minimum number of participants or items is required.

🪜 How to Set a Minimum Quantity

1. In your BookThatApp Admin, go to Widgets.
2. Open your existing widget (Appointment, Class, Course, Events List, or Rental) — or create a new one.
3. Scroll down to the Choices section.
4. Check the box next to Choices, this will reveal an additional option for Set Minimum Quantity.
5. Check the Set Minimum Quantity box. A Minimum field will appear.
6. Enter the minimum quantity you’d like to require (for example, “2” for a two-person minimum).
7. Select Save to apply your changes.

Your widget will now enforce a minimum booking quantity, ensuring every booking meets your required threshold.
