Assigning the Widget to Products

If you’ve created a booking widget and enabled the BTA Widgets App embed, but it’s not appearing on your product page, don’t worry — this usually means the widget hasn’t been linked to the correct product yet.

🪄 How to Link a Widget to Your Product

1️⃣ In BookThatApp, go to Widgets from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Click on the name of your widget e.g. the appointment widget below:.
3️⃣ Select the Services tab.
4️⃣ Here, you can choose one of two options:

• ✅ Display on all products that use the same widget type (e.g., all Appointment-type products).
  
  
  
  

• 🎯 Select specific products only — for example, choose particular Appointment products to show this widget on.
  
  

⚠️ Important: Widget and Booking Types Must Match

Your widget type must match the booking type of the product for it to appear correctly on the page.

💡 Tip: If your widget still doesn’t display after linking, double-check that the product’s booking type is correctly set in its configuration page.
