📧 Updating Your Notifications Email in BookThatApp

By default, BookThatApp (BTA) uses the Store Owner’s email address from your Shopify admin to send booking notifications.

If you’d like these notifications to go to a different address, for example a staff member or team inbox, you can easily update it within the app.

🪄 How to Change Your Notification Email

1️⃣ In BookThatApp, select your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
2️⃣ Click Preferences from the dropdown menu.


3️⃣ Edit the email address fields as needed. for example, you might want to add a bookings@yourstore.com address.
4️⃣ Click Save.

✅ That’s it! Your booking notification emails will now be sent to the updated address.
