Booking Widgets

💡 What is a Widget?

A booking widget is a snippet of code automatically installed by BookThatApp that adds a booking interface to your Shopify product pages for any products configured in the app.

Widgets let your customers select dates, times, and other booking options directly on the product page- no coding required!

🧭 Viewing Widgets in Your Store

1. In the BookThatApp Admin, go to Widgets.

2. This page displays all widgets currently installed in your store.

3. From here, you can view, configure, or remove widgets as needed.

⚙️ Widget Types and Matching Booking Types

Each widget is designed to match a specific booking type, so make sure your product’s booking type aligns with the widget you’re using.

➕ Adding a Widget

1. Go to Widgets → Add more widgets to your store.

2. Choose the widget type that fits your booking needs.

3. Configure the widget settings (like display mode or service selection).

4. Select Save.

5. Reload your product page, your widget should now appear. 🎉

💡 Tip:
If your widget doesn’t appear after installation, make sure the Booking Widgets App Embed is enabled for your Shopify theme.

🗑️ Removing a Widget

1. Go to Widgets in the app.

2. Select the widget you want to remove.

3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the widget configuration page.

🎨 Customizing Colors, Fonts, and Style

All widgets share the same design settings for fonts, colors, and styles.
You can choose from presets (Light or Dark) or create your own custom theme.

Access your design options via:
Settings → Branding
