We’ve made it easier than ever to host virtual meetings by integrating Zoom with the app. There are two ways you can incorporate Zoom into your bookings.
🔐 Zoom Integration (Recommended)
Premium and above app subscribers can connect Zoom directly with the app. This integration automatically creates a unique Zoom meeting ID for each booking and includes the meeting link in the customer’s booking reminders.
Why we recommend this option:
Integrating Zoom enhances security by ensuring each customer receives only the meeting link for their specific event, rather than sharing a generic meeting URL.
🔗 Including a Zoom Link Manually
If you prefer not to use the full integration, you can still include a Zoom meeting link manually in your booking communications.
